Refund and Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of your order. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Return Authorization Required
DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA).
- You must contact us first at sales@avsource.ca to request an RMA number before sending back any item.
- This number must be clearly written on the return package.
- Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
✔ The product must be unused and unconsumed.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
✖ Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered from its original condition.
✖ Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
- We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed as either:
A credit towards your next purchase, or
A refund issued via an Email Money Transfer
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your financial institution, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@avsource.ca.
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To request an exchange, email sales@avsource.ca and wait for an RMA number.
- Do not return any item without an RMA number, as it will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
- If you choose to cancel your order after the package is returned due to an incorrect address, a return shipping fee of $9.95 + tax will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Important Shipping Notes:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
- For items valued over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance.
- AVSource.ca is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
