Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment is received.
- Payment must be received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, or the order may be cancelled.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Most orders are processes and shipped within the same day.
- When your order is ready, you will receive an email with your package’s real-time tracking information.
Shipping Process:
During the checkout process, provide your address in the Billing Details and Place Order. Most orders placed before 3:00pm EST during AVSource.ca hours (8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Fridays excluding weekends and holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Refunds and Returns:
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@avsource.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
