AVSource.ca Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Method

At this time, AVSource.ca accepts Interac Email Money Transfers (EMT) as the only form of payment. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods. This may change in the future without prior advance notice.

Payment Process
    1. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice via email with the total amount due, including applicable shipping charges and taxes (if applicable).
    2. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.
    3. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

How to Make a Payment
    1. Send an Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT) to the email address provided in your invoice.
    2. When setting up the transfer, please use your Order Number in the EMT transfer message or notes to facilitate quicker processing of your order.
    3. Once the payment is received and verified, we will process and ship your order.

Order Processing & Shipping
    • Orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment is received.
    • Payment must be received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, or the order may be cancelled.
    • Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Most orders are processes and shipped within the same day.
    • When your order is ready, you will receive an email with your package’s real-time tracking information.

Refunds & Cancellations
    • If you need to cancel your order before payment is sent, no action is required.
    • If you have already made payment and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately for a cancellation request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy.

Important Notes
    • The invoice Order Number should be in the EMT Message or Notes section to avoid processing delays of your order.
    • Payments must be sent only to the official email address listed on your invoice—we are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect email addresses.
    • AVSource.ca reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the specified time-frame.
